Meet Our Chiropractors
As a student athlete at Ithaca College, Dr. Jason ran track and field, competing in the 400 intermediate hurdles and relay races, and ultimately held the Ithaca College School record in the hurdles for several years. After graduation, using his health background and degree working in a cardiologist office, he specifically coached heart surgery patients through successful rehab programs. Because of this exposure to lifestyles that lead to chronic diseases, Dr. Jason ultimately chose to pursue a preventative, wellness and non-drug based career in Chiropractic. With additional certifications in Spinal Decompression and background in Exercise Rehabilitation, his combination approach strives to add MORE LIFE to the years we have here on earth.
He's always striving for balance in his free time with his family, Dr. Lisa and their two growing teenagers, with some cycling, golf, church softball and amateur gardening thrown into the mix.
Dr. John Sena, DC

- Upsala College – Pre-Med/Biochemistry
He has extensive experience in teaching anatomy and physiology, but chose chiropractic over osteopathy as his final specialty. Dr. John has been in practice since 1995 and has called NC home since 2017, after taking care of his aging parents. He is a family chiropractor, caring for all ages.
